Rebecca Hunley Osborne of the 7700 block of Dunfield Place, died Thursday, March 9, 1995, in her Norfolk residence.
She had retired after 30 years with the Tidewater Automobile Association as their officer manager. Mrs. Osborne was born in Mathews, Va., and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Osborne. She was a member of Ghent United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women, the Susannah Wesley Circle and the Circle of Love and Cheer.
Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca Jane Worley; a granddaughter, Susan Mutter, both of Virginia Beach; a sister, Virginia Nicodemus of Gloucester, Va.; and a brother, Thomas Hunley of Mathews, Va.
A chapel funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 11, at 11 a.m. in Cox Funeral Home by the Rev. Harold E. Thornton. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Mrs. Osborne's apartment at 7740 Dunfield Place, Apt. 4, in Norfolk.
