Survivors include two daughters, Cathy A. Castle and Sandra C. Stalls, both of Virginia Beach; a son, C. Stephen Castle of Suffolk; a sister, Polly C. Martin of Norfolk; a brother, Ray W. Castle of Belpre, Ohio; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Cemetery in Blowing Rock, N.C., by the Rev. Don Rodgers. Visitation will be in Blowing Rock from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Hampton Funeral Home, 683 Blowing Rock Road. Visitation will be in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Lung Association.
