ISABEL ADELE THIERRY

Isabel Adele Thierry, 83, of the 100 block of Suburban Parkway, Norfolk, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 8, 1995.

A native of Vineland, N.J., she was the widow of George W. Thierry. She had retired from the accounting department of Progressive Foods of New Jersey. Mrs. Thierry attended Community Church of Chesapeake.

Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Thierry of Norfolk; three sisters of New Jersey; three grandchildren, Cindy Haynicz of New Jersey, Don Snell of Florida and Janice Snell of Texas; and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, June Snell.

The body will be taken from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, to Forest Lawn Cemetery for a graveside service Saturday at 1 p.m. to be conducted by the Rev. John Wenzel. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. in Tabernacle Church of Norfolk. The family will be at 403 Sinclair Ave., Norfolk, following the memorial service, to greet friends. The family wishes to thank all who enriched her life during her time in Virginia. Memorial donations may be made to Community Church of Chesapeake.
