USAir eventually will cut some flights to and from Norfolk International Airport as part of its plan to save $100 million a year, a spokesman said. The Arlington-based airline is the leading carrier at Norfolk, flying 26 jets and 15 turboprop planes through the airport daily. The airline hasn't decided what flights to cut. The cuts will be made by July. The spokesman said that direct flights are more likely to be cut than flights to USAir's hubs. by CNB
