Charles T. Sprester, 68, formerly of Portsmouth, Va., died Feb. 25, 1995, of cancer, in his daughter's home.
Mr. Sprester was a retired Senior CPO of the U.S. Navy, and a retired a civil service employee.
Survivors include two daughters, Pauline Bianchi and Kelly Coleman, both of California.
