I read that Sen. Ben Nighthorse Campbell of Colorado switched from the Democratic to the Republican party. It seems that he is being unfaithful to the people who elected him to the Senate hoping that he would work with the Democrats to further their agenda.
I believe there should be a law prohibiting such switching. If a legislator wants to change his party affiliation, he should wait until his term is up to do so.
