Business Weekly has resumed the CD and money market chart. It
appears on this page. The chart was discontinued Jan. 30 and
replaced with paid advertisements. Readers complained that the
survey no longer was reliable because there were fewer institutions
in the ad than there had been in the old chart. In response to the
complaints, the Business Weekly staff again has begun compiling the
rate chart.
