Gangs in our universities? That's scary. Gangs are consistent with drugs and violence. Why are they there?
I'm 35 years old and can't get placed into classes because there's room. Are those spaces occupied by gang members who don't care about doing better? What about someone like me who wants a chance at doing better for myself and my child? We miss out on the opportunity. Not to mention if my child wants to go. Do I have to be afraid for his life to send him?
