He is survived by his parents, Dr. and Mrs. W.R. Condos Jr. of Lake Charles, La.; a brother, John R. Condos of Lake Charles; paternal grandparents, Col. and Mrs. William R. Condos Sr. of Sarasota, Fla.; paternal great-grandmother, Maria Condos of Sarasota; and an aunt, Carol Condos of Norfolk.
At the request of the family, services will be private.
