A 12-year-old was arrested Monday and charged with making bomb threats against two middle schools last week.
The juvenile, who will not be identified because of his age, was charged with two counts of making threats against a public building, said R.L. Ware Jr., the Newport News fire marshal.
The threats were made March 6 and March 8 against Dozier and Reservoir middle schools in the Denbigh section of the city.
