I heard the shocking news that Governor Allen is in the process of lowering the age for a learner's permit to 15. If he has enough time on his hands to even consider lowering the age, why doesn't he put some effort into raising the age to 18 where, in my opinion, it should be?
What a terrible waste of time and effort on our governor's part. He should be ashamed of himself!
