Julius J. Cinquegrani, 45, of the 700 block of Aragona Blvd., former owner of Julius' restaurant and lounge, died March 13, 1995, in Key West, Fla.
Julius was a volunteer with Tidewater AIDS Crisis Task Force (TACT).
Survivors include his parents, Nicholas and Anna Cinquegrani of Virginia Beach; and two sisters, Tana Castillo of Virginia Beach and Beatrice Muzyka of Connecticut.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Rob Pittman.
