Susan N. Holmes, 87, of the 2900 block of Allston Ave., died March 15, 1995, in a Deltona hospital.
Mrs. Holmes was born in Hazel Creek, Pa. She was a member of St. Frances Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include a daughter, Jacqueline D. Ackerman of Deltona; three sons, Paul J. Rudy of Virginia Beach, Eugene Rudy of Tacoma, Wash., and Charles E. Daout of Chesapeake; 22 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A chapel service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by the Rev. Clayton F. Crigger. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. The family will be at 5145 Hemlock Ave., Virginia Beach, Va. 23464.
