Franklin R. Harrison Sr., 60, of the 2100 block of Broadmoor Ave., died March 15, 1995.
Mr. Harrison was born in Richmond and was a member of Woodland Heights Baptist Church. Mr. Harrison was a disabled veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife, Lizzie Rawls Harrison; four daughters, Karen Anderson, Barbara Harrison and Elizabeth Peed, all of Chesapeake, and Debbie Aten of Virginia Beach; a son, Franklin R. Harrison Jr. of Chesapeake; two brothers, Alvin L. Harrison of Mebane, N.C., and Ernest N. Harrison of Richmond; and 10 grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Woodlawn Heights Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by Dr. Kenneth Barnes. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today and at the residence of Mr. Harrison's daughter, Elizabeth Peed, 1139 Sharon Drive, at all other times.
