FAY C. NELSON

Fay C. Nelson, 96, of Virginia Beach, died March 15, 1995, in Virginia Beach.

Mrs. Nelson was born in Unionville, Mo., and was the widow of Dewey Nelson. She retired as a bank bookkeeper after 25 years. She was a member of Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel and a member and past worthy matron of Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 62 in Unionville, Mo. She was a graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, Mo.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Lee Koch of Virginia Beach; two grandsons; one granddaughter; and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel by LCDR William Hood, CHC USN. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements.
