SPRING CLEANING AT HARBOR PARK

ILLUSTRATION: Pete Rusinskas, a member of the Norfolk sheriff's work force,

uses a pressure washer to clean beams and girders recently at

Norfolk's Harbor Park. The stadium on the Elizabeth River, which

seats about 12,000, will open April 13 when the Norfolk Tides take

on the Rochester Red Wings. The cleaning is expected to take about a

month.
