Firefighters work to rescue a woman trapped under an overturned car
on St. Paul's Boulevard at City Hall Avenue in downtown Norfolk
Friday about 3 p.m. The overturned vehicle was involved in a
collision. Police on the scene said the woman driver suffered minor
injuries.
