Patricia Johnson Hester, 53, of the 3700 block of Arbor Road, died March 18, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
She was a native of Whitman, W.Va., a business administrator for Cardiology Associates, Portsmouth, and was a member of Nansemond River Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, George O. Hester Jr.; a daughter, Karen H. Doleman of Chesapeake; a son, Grady Hester, DVM of Wake Forest, N.C.; her parents, C. Randolph Johnson and Anna Molnar Johnson of Suffolk; four sisters, Alta Wrenn of Richmond, Va., Catherine Thompson of Chesapeake, Lillian Williams of Greensboro, N.C., and Randi Ball of Suffolk; and a grandchild, Seth Doleman.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Nansemond River Baptist Church by the Rev. Tim Piland. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday.
