The body of a Portsmouth man who had been missing since March 2 was pulled from the Elizabeth River near Portside on Monday afternoon by rescuers aboard a ferry.
The man was identified as 44-year-old Dwight Wiggins of the 900 block of Douglas Ave. Police said Wiggins had a history of mental problems.
The body showed no visible signs of trauma, and police said they do not suspect foul play.
