The Portsmouth Partnership, a non-profit organization that supports the city in economic development efforts, elected the following members to serve as officers for 1995:
Vann H. Lefcoe, of McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe, president; Michael J. Blachman, of Bangel, Bangel & Bangel, vice president; John C. Russ, of Moody, Strople & Kloeppel, treasurer; and David R. Tynch, of Cooper, Spong & Davis, secretary.
Junius H. Williams Jr., of Virginia Power, is past president.
