NEW BANKING DIVISION

Commerce Bank and BB&T Financial Corporation of Va. has formed a new Corporate Banking Division.

Heading the new division will be R. Scott Morgan of Portsmouth, executive vice president and corporate banking manager.

Senior vice president and corporate banking officer will be William C. Branche, Norfolk native and former president of the Suffolk region. by CNB
