Robert Lee Ferrell, 88, died March 24, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Ferrell was born in Plymouth, N.C., and was a member of Park Place United Methodist Church. He had retired from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Maritime Administration.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Ayers Ferrell; a nephew, John Harris of Mathews County, Va.; and two nieces, Joyce Wallace of Chesapeake and Sally Ann Campbell of Fredericksburg, Va.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Charles Smith and the Rev. Francis Collins. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
