Shelby Dannielle Poston, the beloved daughter of William E. and Thomasin A. Poston, Jr., departed this life March 24, 1995 to live with our Lord Jesus throughout eternity.
Precious Shelby graced this life on December 27, 1994. Her smile lightened every heart and that smile must live in our hearts until our own homecoming.
Shelby is also survived by her sister, Taylor Marie Poston; her paternal grandparents, William E. and Mildred Poston, Sr., and her paternal great grandmother, Francis M. Taylor; her maternal grandparents, Chester P. and Sharon A. Evans, and her maternal great grandparents, Thomas and Evalou Drake and Peggy Lou Evans.
A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Randy Wooden.
The family will receive friends at Oman Funeral Home, Chesapeake, from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday and at other times at 1040 Sharon Drive, Chesapeake.
