Barbara A. Ross, 64, beloved wife and mother, of the 200 block of Paladin Drive, died March 24, 1995, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
Mrs. Ross was born in Hyde Park, Mass. She was a homemaker and was a member of Princess Anne Plaza United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ira Jay Ross of Virginia Beach; two daughters, Martha A. Jones and Katherine M. Piper, both of Virginia Beach; four sons, Patrick H. Ross of Julesburg, Colo., Ira J. Ross Jr., Mark K. Ross and Charles L. Ross, all of Virginia Beach; and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Princess Anne Plaza United Methodist Church by the Rev. David Schill. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Altmeyer Funeral Home in charge. A visitation will be held today from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the church, 208 S. Plaza Trail, Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church.
