Charles A. ``Bud'' Brugh, 70, of the 500 block of Lenox Ave., died March 26, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Brugh was born in Waynesburg, Pa., and was retired. He was a member of Miles Memorial United Methodist Church; past master of Ocean View Masonic Lodge (NU)335; member of Norfolk Scottish Rite Bodies; member of Khedive Temple, where he had served as a member of the Drum and Bugle Corps; and was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a sister, Ruth B. Tait of Norfolk; a niece, Cheryl Dillon of Virginia Beach, and a grand-nephew, Howard Dillon of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Morris Bennett. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
