CECIL G. BULLARD

Cecil Grey Bullard, 75, of the 3300 block of Mapleton Crescent, died March 26, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.

Mr. Bullard was born in Defeated Creek, Tenn., and was retired as a lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Army after 27 years. He was also employed with the Defense Intelligence Agency for 10 years and was associated with Sasser Real Estate Agency.

Survivors include his wife, Fannie Seawell Bullard; a daughter, Kay Bullard Graves of Rogers, Ark.; two sons, Robert Bullard of Long Beach, Miss. and William Bullard of Bay City, Texas; four sisters, Ruby Kaplan of Sevierville, Tenn., Mildred Flynn, Helen Daniel and Gladys Swann, all of Gallatin, Tenn.; and four brothers, Jerry Bullard of Hartsville, Tenn., Ray Bullard of Castallian Springs, Tenn., Edgar Bullard and Francis Bullard, both of Tyler, Texas.

A funeral will be at a later date. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is in charge.
