Hill Phoenix, a $200 million refrigeration supplier, moved its company headquarters to Chesterfield County, said Gov. George F. Allen. Hill Phoenix will invest about $20 million and hire up to 500 new employees by October. It is a subsidiary of Dover Corp. that supplies refrigerated display cases and refrigeration systems to supermarkets. Its customers are located in the United States, Canada and other countries.
