Geneva Kneiple Corbett, 85, died suddenly on Friday, January 6, 1995 in Baltimore, Md.
Geneva Kneiple Corbett, formerly of Norfolk, was a 1927 graduate of Maury High School.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Herbert V. Corbett; two daughters, Patricia Perry and husband, Alonzo and Elizabeth Drost and husband, Paul; two brothers, George Kneiple and wife, Thelma; and sister, Frances Williamson.
She is predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Lees. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Bruce Perry, Paige Ferebee, Lynn Perry Franz and Kent Ferebee, as well as two great-granddaughters, Keri and Kelly Franz. Survivors also include sisters and brothers-in-law Burrell and Louise Corbett, Virginia Patterson, Helen Owen, Claude and Zella Corbett, and Muriel Corbett; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends.
A memorial service will be held for beloved friends of Geneva Kneiple Corbett on Saturday, April 8, 1995 at West End United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Robert Hawkins, assisted by the Rev. Mahlon Elliott and the Rev. Claude Corbett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the name of Geneva Corbett to the American Heart Association.
