Veronica Jean Tatem Martin, 52, of the 900 block of Marietta Ave., died March 30, 1995, in DePaul Medical Center.
A native of Norfolk, Va., and the daughter of the late Wallace Sr. and Gladys Hicks Tatem, she was a member of New Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Lynise M. Martin and Monique A. Harris, and a son, Trent A. Martin, all of Norfolk; two sisters, Gladys H. Brown of Chesapeake and Carolyn Tatem-Williams of Bowie, Md.; a brother, Wallace Tatem Jr. of Norfolk; and grandchildren, Chante N. Martin, Whitney L. Martin and Jimmel Martin.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Riddick Funeral Service, 1225 Norview Ave., by the Rev. William M. Baxter. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 2 to 8 Tuesday at the funeral home. The family will be at her residence.
