James Edward Knight, of the 500 block of Pleasant Hall Drive, a mechanic, died March 28, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Knight was born in Virginia Beach. He was a member of Union Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Evelyn Knight and Norman Knight; three sisters, Leonora Knight, Catherine Gray and Delores Knight, all of Virginia Beach; seven brothers, Frank Knight, Isiah Knight, John Knight of Norfolk, Ernest Knight of Portsmouth, Robert Knight, Earl Knight, of Richmond, Va., and Clyde Knight of New York.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Union Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, by Bishop Thad Brinkley. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Chatman Funeral Home, Norfolk.
