BILLY RAY CYRUS will open a second slate of spring and summer country concerts on the Naval Amphibious Base in Norfolk on May 7.
Cyrus, best known for his 1992 hit ``Achy Breaky Heart,'' recently went gold with his third album, ``Storm in the Heartland.''
Tickets for the 3 p.m. performance are available for $12 at Ticketmaster and ITT outlets. The price rises to $15 on the day of the show.
