GEORGE W. BRADSHAW

George William Bradshaw, 72, of 6813 Cabin John Road, died April 2, 1995, in Fairfax Hospital.

A native of Nansemond County, he was the son of the late Edgar L. and Nellie Heffington Bradshaw and the widower of Mildred Collum Bradshaw. He was a World War II veteran, a retired Army colonel. He was a member of Suffolk Elks Lodge and the Suffolk Christian Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Esther B. Harrell of Virginia Beach and Nell B. Green of Richmond; four nephews, Wood T. Harrell, G. Wayne Harrell, Thomas C. Green III and Michael L. Green, all of Richmond; two great-nieces; and one great-grand niece.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Bruce Havens. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
