Willie O. Dozier Jr., 62, of the 2900 block of Bapaume Ave., died April 2, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Dozier was born in Norfolk and was employed with Seeley Florist.
Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl A. Payne and Kimberly Dozier and a son, Michael Dozier, all of Norfolk; a brother, James B. Dozier of Virginia Beach; and eight grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Robert E. Hobson Jr. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
