William W. Patterson of Suffolk served as a torpedo-bomber pilot

in the Navy during World War II and received the Navy Cross for

heroism. A photo caption Saturday accompanying a front-page story

about the 50th anniversary of the battle at Okinawa incorrectly

identified the branch of the military he served with.

The channel number for The Travel Channel on Cox Cable of Hampton

Roads is 63. The Travel On TV program listings in the Sunday Break

contained the wrong number.
