Richfood Holdings Inc. said it completed its previously announced purchase of Norfolk-based Camellia Food Stores Inc.'s grocery-wholesale operations. The wholesale division supplies 166 stores from Delaware to North Carolina, including 46 that Camellia will continue to own.
