Bank of Franklin has agreed to buy the building, fixtures and $14 million of deposits at Crestar Bank's Holland branch at 6617 Holland Road in Suffolk. The Franklin bank, which expects to complete the transaction by late summer, said it has offered jobs to all employees of the Crestar branch. The transaction still must be approved by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and Virginia's Bureau of Financial Institutions. by CNB
