ENOCH J. BELL

Enoch J. Bell Sr., 66, of the 3200 block of Galberry Road, died April 7, 1995, in Chesapeake.

Mr. Bell was born in Isle of Wight County, Va., and was the widower of Margaret Ivey Bell. He was a retired installer for the Overhead Door Company after 30 years of service. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II.

Survivors include five sons, Enoch J. Bell III, Thomas W. Bell, Larry J. Bell, Robert E. Bell, all of Portsmouth, Va., and Raymond C. Bell of Chesapeake, Va.; three sisters, Thelma Howell of Portsmouth, Va., Delma Allen and Velma Poyner, both of Chesapeake, Va.; one brother, Charlie Bell of Richmond, Va.; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The graveside service will be Monday, April 10, 1995, at 11 a.m. in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. The family will be at Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel on Sunday, April 9, 1995, from 3 to 4 p.m.
