Robert Richard Goode, 38, of the 100 block of Fleetwood Road, died April 7, 1995, in Chesapeake.
Mr. Goode was born in Norfolk. He was a pipefitter for Norfolk Southern Corp. for 20 years and was a Baptist.
Survivors include his parents, Violet C. Goode and John F. Goode of Chesapeake; two brothers, John S. Goode of Hampton and William C. Goode of Chesapeake; one nephew, Steven Goode of Chesapeake and companion Nancy Shelton of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. today at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel by the Rev. David Howard. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Nature Conservancy, 1815 N. Lynn St., Arlington, Va. 22209.
