Charles Lovelace Miller Jr., 61, of the 100 block of East Ocean View Dr., died April 8, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
He was a native of Norfolk and was the widower of Rita Madeline Miller. He was self-employed and was a member of the Law & Disorderly Club of Norfolk. He was also a Navy veteran of Korea.
Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Ann Miner of Virginia Beach; two sons, Charles L. Miller III of Virginia Beach, and Frederick William Miller of Venice, Fla.; two sisters, Letha M. Dorsey of Mechanicsville, Va., and Edna M. Cline of Bardstown, Kent.; one brother, Elmer E. Miller of Virginia Beach; and five grandchildren, Michael, Keri, and Ryan Miner and Donald and Andrea Miller.
The graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Riverside Memorial Park by Mr. Peter G. Decker Jr. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, today from 7 to 9 p.m. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
