Survived by husband, Ben Miller; a daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Micky Todd and granddaughter, Jessica Todd.
Burial will take place in Harlan, Ky. Memorial service has been scheduled for Monday, 17 April, at noon in London Bridge Baptist Church. Family requests that instead of flowers, contributions be made to London Bridge Baptist Church, designated for purchase of new van in memory of Joann Miller.
