Ruth Paul Eason, 86, of the 9200 block of 82nd Ave. North, died April 5, 1995, in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Mrs. Eason was born in Norfolk. She was the widower of James Garland Eason and was a former member and director of Christian Education for the Second Presbyterian Church in Norfolk and Garden Crest Presbyterian Church in Seminole, Fla. She was a graduate of Assemblies Training School of Richmond, Va.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy E. Jackson of St. Petersburg, Fla; two grandchildren, Suzanne J. Hulbert of Orlando, Fla., and David B. Jackson of Charlottesville, Va.; two great-grandchildren, Kaitlynn Marie Hulbert and Kristen Elizabeth Hulbert; and several nieces and nephews.
A church service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 1995, in Second Presbyterian Church of Norfolk by the Rev. Steven Frazier. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
