Robert Bonner Elliott, 47, of Great Falls, Va., died Sunday, April 9, 1995, in an Alexandria, Va. hospital.
He was born in Norfolk and was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Bonner Elliott. Robert was an avid ballroom dancer having won numerous awards and prizes as well as having an article written about him in ``The Washingtonian.'' He also enjoyed scuba diving and traveling, and his knowledge of computers and programming was without equal.
Survivors include his father, George W. Elliott and stepmother, Virginia of Falls Church, Va.; two sisters, Carolyn E. Roberts and her husband, James of Vienna, Va. and Catherine E. Dimino and her husband, Lou of Alamo, Calif.; a brother, Bill Elliott and his wife, Lorraine of Albuquerque, N.M.; two nieces, Adrienne and Noreen Elliott of Albuquerque and numerous other relatives and good friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk by the Rev. John R. Monroe. Cox Funeral Home, Norfolk, is in charge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Robert's name to the donor's favorite charity.
