Police have arrested two suspects in the April 7 shooting death of Richard Owens, 23.
Ricky W. Green of the 700 block of 17th St. turned himself in to police Monday morning along with Thomas L. Boddie of the 600 block of 27th St. Both were charged with murder and use of a firearm in a felony.
Boddie, whose nickname is ``Tom-Tom,'' and Green, also known as ``Big Rick,'' were identified as suspects over the weekend.
Owens was killed in the 600 block of 27th St.
