Otis Kelley Jr. of the 600 block of Normandy St., died April 9, 1995.
He was born in New York and was a member of First Baptist Church South Portsmouth.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine Kelley; two daughters, Sonya Johnson and Tonya Drew; his mother, Birdie Green; his father, Otis Kelley Sr.; a sister, Dorina K. Hayes; and grandmother, Alice Lawrence, all of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends, and a special friend, Carolyn E. Drew of Portsmouth.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Little Piney Grove Baptist Church, Creeds, by the Rev. George Munden. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will be at 1204 Medcap Court, Virginia Beach. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
