Charles E. Swann Jr., 72, a commercial Realtor, died April 11, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Swann was born in Richmond and was a Roman Catholic. He was employed with Mumford Realty, was a member of the Exchange Club and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Betty A. Swann; a daughter, Charleen S. Poffenberger of Virginia Beach; and a granddaughter, Shawn M. Huddy of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Princess Anne Memorial Park by Fr. Richard T. Mooney. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
