mismatched a photo and quote under the headline ``Virginia Beach is
best because. . . '' The photo showed Veronica Columbus, although
the quotes that accompanied the photo were by Helen Turner.
In addition, state income tax is due May 1. A calendar in the
Best of the Beach supplement had the wrong date.
