Virginia Festa Miller, 66, of the 3500 block of Executive Center Drive, died April 11, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Miller was a native of Portsmouth and was a retired administrator from the Broward County School Board in Coral Springs, Fla. She was a member of the Italo-American Lodge (NU)1077 in Portsmouth.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph C. Miller; three daughters, Michele M. Alvarez, Joanne M. Miller and Jeanette M. Miller, all of Florida; five sisters, Grace Ferri, Marie Toscano, Margaret Gregory, Angie Hughes and Theresa Hopkins; two brothers, Andrew J. Festa and Ralph J. Festa; and a grandchild, Don Baxter.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, by Father Joseph Slowik. Burial will be in St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery. A rosary will be said at the funeral home at 7 p.m. today and the family will stay to receive friends until 8:30 p.m.
