As a new resident, it was sure a joy to wake up on Saturday morning and see a group of individuals picking up trash along Chesapeake Boulevard in Norfolk.
As I investigated further, a sign was displayed on the side of the road that read, ``Sheriff McCabe's work force.''
It is good to know that my taxes will not only care and feed the prisoners but also help beautify the city. Three cheers for Sheriff McCabe!
