Frank George Boroslawski Sr., 68, of the 900 block of Blaywicke Court, died Friday, April 14, 1995, in a Chesapeake hospital.
Mr. Boroslawski was born in Garden City Park, N.Y., and was the son of the late Karl and Amelia Boroslawski. He had retired as a supervisor with the Long Island Lighting Company after 43 years of service. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. Boroslawski was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and also a member of VFW, New Hyde Park, N.Y., and Senior Citizens, Great Bridge.
Survivors include his wife, Elfriede H. Boroslawski of Chesapeake; one son, Frank G. Boroslawski Jr. of Uniondale, N.Y.; four stepchildren, Thomas Gallo of Newport News, Diane Lizzo of Oceanside, N.Y., Karen Ray of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Christine Scola of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Mary Jacksonski and Helen Sundmacher, both of New Hyde Park, N.Y.; one brother, Edward Boroslawski of Garden City Park, N.Y.; and seven stepgrandchildren, Michelle Lizzo, Carolyn Lizzo, Zachery Ray, Allison Ray, Lyndsy Ray, Shawn Scola and Jeanna Scola.
A Christian wake service will be conducted in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, at 1 p.m. today by the Rev. Christian Haydinger. The body will be shipped to Westbury, N.Y., for burial in Holy Rood Cemetery.
