Roy Joseph of the 700 block of 35th St. died Wednesday, April 12, 1995.
He was born in Trinidad, West Indies. He also was a longtime resident of Chesapeake Manor Housing.
Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Clarke of Trinidad; a sister-in-law, Virginia Williams of Norfolk; two nieces, Mary Fox and Thelma Rouson of Norfolk; and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in Overton Funeral Home at 1701 Wilson Road, Norfolk, Va. The family will receive friends at 733 W. 35th St., Norfolk.
